

The Technology Display Center will introduce local manufacturers and the general public with cost effective and efficient technologies which will address the local situation. The Business Incubation Center will support micro and small enterprises in the leather garment sector to become more competitive players in the market.
On the occasion there will be a display of existing and new technologies in the priority sectors of food processing, textiles, leather, construction, pharmaceuticals, chemicals; existing and new products and process designs; innovative products and market and quality information.
The Guest of Honor of the Tigray Region, and Dr. Micheal Nebelung, Deputy-Director of ecbp and Private Sector Development Component Coordinator, will address the audience.
The Ethio-German Engineering Capacity Building Programme (ecbp), established under the Ministry of Capacity Building, is working to boost Ethiopia’s industries and create employment opportunities. It will achieve this through reform of universities, TVET reform, improved Quality Infrastructure of products and strengthening the Private Sector.
